Calendar of Events/Classes

All of my classes will include Conditioning, Fat Burning, and Toning. We will work on Stability, Core, Balance, Flexibility, Stamina, Endurance, and Muscle Strength.

BillyStix Class

I developed this class by combining my 30+ years in martial arts, personal training, and health and wellness. It is a full-body workout that stresses multiple muscle groups at the same time. The class consists of using two Sticks in multiple ways depending on how difficult you want to make your workout. Gain strength, agility, and balance while working your upper body, lower body, abs, and core. This workout is low-impact, high-intensity!

Women's Self-Defense Course

This is a self-defense class like no other I've seen. Part class time and part practice, we go over anatomy and physiology, geometry and physics, how to recognize and avoid a dangerous situation, how to use ordinary items in your purse as a weapon, as well as how to escape from holds, locks, blocks, punches, kicks, and knock-out blows. You can choose to have a 2-hour class, a 4-hour workshop, or a 5-week course."I took Bill's self defense class last Saturday. It was a priceless experience. Bill starts the class by testing people on their "street smarts" and general awareness. Bill then walks the class through what to do it different attack situations. Billy's Bootcamp

Billy's Boot Camp is a fitness class that combines strength, stability, core, flexibility, and agility training with a good dose of aerobics. These intense workouts will burn calories, make you sweat, and energize your body and mind. Bring a towel, water, and workout mat. Optional to bring your own bands or light weights. Must wear workout shoes. Ages 15-adult.

Kardio Kenpo Class

Work out and learn how to defend yourself at the same time. You'll work every muscle in your body. We'll work on speed and agility as well as strength, coordination, stamina, and endurance. And I don't think I have to mention Cardio, Cardio, Cardio! Come out and sweat and have a great time punching and kicking!

CAB Class - Core, Abs, and Butt

This is a 30-minute class that focuses on...Core, Abs, and your Gluteus. It's a half hour of hardcore core! If you're short on time, try this class out.

BSB Class

Balance, Stretching, and Breathing. This is a 30-minute, low-impact class, but don't let that fool you. You'll work up a sweat just by doing deep breathing exercises. If you don't think you're ready for one of the higher-impact classes, try starting with the BSB Class first.

I will be running classes at ZFit Studio in Pacific Palisades. These are semi-private classes with between 2-6 students.

I will also be setting up various hiking and biking events, so stay tuned!
