My style of physical training is based on Interval Training combining all body parts with cardio. If you are able to go to the gym every day, you can work on different body parts every day. I work more with people who work out maybe 2-5 times a week. Because we’re not working out every day, we can take our workout days and work all body parts.
If we’re working out together 1-on-1, our sessions are usually an hour. My videos, on the other hand, are mostly 30-minute workouts. I created these 30-minute workouts for busy people who may not have an hour to workout. Furthermore, by working out for 30-minutes, you can work out every day, if you have time.
Studies have shown that Interval Training has a greater impact on your health. You’ll burn more energy and calories longer. .
Personal Training helps to:
This is a self-defense class like no other I've seen. It's p]art class time and part practice. We go over anatomy, physiology, geometry and physics. We go over how to recognize and avoid a dangerous situation, how to use ordinary items in your purse as a weapon, as well as how to escape from holds, locks, blocks, punches, kicks, and knock-out blows.
You can choose to have a 2-hour class, a 4-hour workshop, or a 5-week course.
Nutrition makes up about 60% of your health. If you’re not putting the right nutrients in your body, all the working out in the world won’t help you. In my Complete Wellness System, nutrition is combined with training and relaxation to make you healthy.
We typically start with a Detox or Cleanse in order to reset your system and “clean out the pipes.” You’ll be amazed at how you feel after a detox. When you get the junk out of your system, many of your health issues may simply vanish. In addition to healthy eating, I also utilize Nutraceuticals which are pharmaceutical-grade nutritional supplements.
We will discuss Superfoods, anti-inflammatory foods, gut health, and alkaline diets. There are many types of diets out there including Paleo, Vegan, Mediterranean, Raw Food, etc. I can work with you with whatever type of diet you prefer, as long as it’s healthy. .
Detoxification is the key to good health. If your body is full of toxins, your immune system is working overtime to keep you healthy. Once your immune system becomes compromised, you begin to get sick. The key to staying healthy is to cleanse your body of toxins, and then fill your body with healthy nutrients. When you detox, you can alleviate such things as headaches, anxiety, arthritis, carpal tunnel, intestinal issues, and more. Detoxification boosts your immune system.
These are pharmaceutical-grade nutritional supplements. Pharmaceuticals are governed by the FDA and have strict guidelines. Supplements do not face the same guidelines. Pharmaceuticals, unfortunately, are inherently toxic to your liver. (Read the label on the back of any pharmaceutical drug.) Therefore, when working with clients, I use a multitude of Nutraceuticals to build your immune system and/or detoxify your body.
Herbs can be used both internally and externally. I use Chinese herbal remedies topically to help heal injuries, reduce inflammation, speed healing, etc. Whether you have low back pain, a knee replacement, or any kind of pain, herbal remedies, along with massage, can be extremely beneficial.
The main style of massage I practice is called Seifukujitsu. It is a Japanese style massage that is about 1500 years older than shiatsu. In today’s terms, it is a combination of sports, deep tissue, lomilomi, shiatsu, aromatherapy, acupressure, lymph drainage, energetics, and osteopathy. The bodywork I practice is therapeutic in nature. There are many massage protocols for various ailments such as headache, low back pain, sciatica, low energy, and more. Massage is an integral part of my Complete Wellness System. Massage loosens tense muscles, moves blood and lymph, increases energy, and removes stagnation. See the list below for a more comprehensive list of positive attributes of massage therapy.
The types of massage I use include:
As a Life Coach, I can help you if you’re feeling “stuck” in your life. If you feel like you need a change in your life, I can help you work through the issues, set goals, make plans, and motivate you to make the necessary changes to get you to where you want to be. The interesting thing about my life coaching, and something that I think makes me unique, is that it is part of my Complete Wellness System. Most Life Coaches don’t have knowledge about how diet, exercise, and relaxation can actually help the way you think and feel. By utilizing all the various health modalities, I can get you healthy in body, mind, and spirit. That will allow you to feel better about yourself and help put you on the path to reaching your goals and ultimate success!
Typically, life coaching focuses on identifying and pursuing your life purpose and focusing your present life for getting greater energy, fulfillment and productivity. As your life coach, we'll work together in order to create a process of thinking, planning, deciding and doing. Rather than just talking, we'll set up a framework that actually forces you to clarify objectives, explore various options, make decisions and become accountable.
We'll set agendas, define problems, create goals, develop option, discuss obstacles and take action. I'm going to help you go deeper, think new thoughts and develop new solutions. If you are feeling stuck in your current situation, you may just need some structure and help getting motivation.
We can discuss work, money, living environment, personal growth, health, family, relationships, school or whatever you are struggling with. I want you to fulfill your own personal life purpose.
What makes me unique is that I come for a natural health and well background. I look and things differently from many others. I understand how diet, exercise and relaxation can help. I understand how lack of nutrients, lack of exercise and too many toxins in your system affect how you think, act and feel.
So as a bonus to being your life coach, I will also be your health coach.
"I travel all over the world playing tennis, and I can say that Bill is one of the best therapists in the world that I have come across.
- Claudia W.
"Bill has worked with my 84 year-old father for months. Before committing to a particular trainer, my sisters and I interviewed a number of people and toured a number of gyms. We selected Bill because of his approach to total health, rather than just working out. He communicates with me regularly regarding my Dad's progress, and works with us to help my Dad build muscle and improve balance. Bill also sends regular emails about nutrition, supplements, stretching, relation, and other helpful health topics , and gives us feedback and recommendations regarding safe weight loss alternatives. Bill is also good at finding ways to motivate my Dad in terms that an 84 year-old understands and appreciates. We have seen marked improvement and are grateful for Bill's patience and dedication.

"The boot camp class offered by Bill Shuttic was exactly the level of exercise and support I have been looking for. From the first day and onward, Bill was approachable and understanding of each of the class members. He suggested alternative routines to accommodate member’s injuries. His constant positive encouragement motivated me to challenge myself to reach a higher workout level each time. I am looking forward to continuing exercising with Bill in the future.

"Allow me to start with this opening statement; Bill is one of those rare individuals that actually walk the talk. I found Bill to be honest and instilled with integrity to work together. My personal experience includes working on major projects within the environmental industry. Our collaborative research, our planning and then our conclusive work presented opportunities to our clients. In fact, some of our work found its way into the UN Climate Change Conference, COP 17 in Denmark. In retrospect, I found Bill to be hard-working, caring, and with a daily positive attitude. He has a good reputation of dependability and endurance."

"I took an amazing, eye-opening and fun self-defense class today! It was outstanding! If you are interested, let me know so I can put a class together. I learned a ton of extremely useful things about awareness, things to use as a weapon I never would have thought of, and much more. Ladies...I HIGHLY recommend this! PM me. It's in Thousand Oaks. Instructor is Bill Shuttic.
""Bill is incredible at what he does. I've known Bill for a little over a year now and recently hired him to become my personal trainer. I told him I don't need to be Mr. Buff but rather I just wanted to be healthy and in better shape. A few weeks in and I'm already feeling healthier than I have in years and I only have Bill to thank for that. If you're looking to get healthy and in shape then you need to work with Bill Shuttic of Ultimate Health. Trust me when I say you'll be much happier and healthier for doing so.
"I took Bill's self defense class last Saturday. It was a priceless experience. Bill starts the class by testing people on their "street smarts" and general awareness. Bill then walks the class through what to do it different attack situations. Bill is a masterful teacher who acknowledges everyone's strengths, weaknesses, and varying abilities. I have a confidence I never had before after taking this class. I now know what to do if someone grabs me and am confident the skills I learned work. I am recommending it to numerous friends and co-workers.
